Shipping and returns
Delivery of goods from the presence in Macedonia is carried out by courier service “New Mail” throughout the territory within 1-2 business days from the date of receipt of payment on the courier. If the product is not available, it is manufactured 2-3 weeks from the date of order, plus shipping 1-2 business days throughout Macedonia. Delivery is paid by the customer upon receipt of the order at the tariffs “New mail” in its branch and it cost 120 mkd.
Delivery of goods from availability to Serbia, Bulgaria and Kosovo is carried out from a week to two by courier service “Macedonian Post” from the moment of payment. If the product is not available, manufacturing takes 2-3 weeks from the date of payment, plus delivery from one week to two to Serbia 5 euro, Kosovo 5 euro and Bulgaria 5 euro. Delivery is paid by the customer immediately upon ordering.
Delivery of goods from availability to other countries is carried out by such transport companies:
- Macedonian Post 17 $ 2-8 weeks
- Fedex 50 $ 5-10 business days
- DHL 95 $ 2-7 business days
From the time of payment. If the item is unavailable, 2-3 weeks from the date of payment, plus the time of the selected delivery. Delivery is paid by the customer immediately upon ordering.
